Revenue and Pricing Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and numbers-driven Revenue and Pricing Analyst to help us manage our properties' pricing and occupancy.  You will report to the Director of Product/Growth and work closely with the Growth and Product teams. This role is of crucial importance to the growth of the company and as such, you will have tremendous career growth opportunity.


  • Drive tactical execution of pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Assist the team with yield and occupancy management to achieve key revenue and pricing KPIs. 
  • Communicate weekly revenue performance, occupancy, and gross margins to the executive team.
  • Conduct deep-dives and market analysis to set pricing strategies across different cities and markets.
  • Convert data into actionable insights and forecasts.
  • Work with the product & engineering team to improve pricing algorithms.

Skills Desired

  • 0-2 years of experience in a technical field (engineering, analytics, finance, business, or consulting) a must.
  • Strong analytics and data background required.
  • Educational background in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or Economics or related fields.
  • Experience with pricing, revenue management, demand forecasting, or hospitality field is a plus.
  • Highly motivated and excited to learn and execute. 
  • Can easily adapt to the rapidly changing startup environment.
  • Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets a must.
  • Knowledge in SQL and/or financial modeling a plus.
  • Strong communication skills a plus.
