Corporate Sales Account Manager

The Business Housing Solutions team at 2nd Address is responsible for growing and delivering a premium, end-to-end housing experience to its corporate customers.  We are looking for a motivated and well-rounded professional with proven skills in both sales development and account management in the hospitality and real estate industry.  In this dual role, you will help qualifying our outbound leads and nurturing and serving our existing corporate accounts.  You will report to the Director of Business Housing Solutions and collaborate with the extended 2nd Address team to accomplish your goals. This role is important to the growth of the company.  You will be the first, dedicated SDR and Corporate Account Manager in a small, talented team within a growing company.  The opportunity is tremendous to grow your career along with the company.

Responsibilities in Sales Development

  • Assess 2nd Address corporate account data to plan outreach efforts
  • Craft, test and iterate outreach messaging and channels (phone, email, social networks) to drive engagement from your lead audience
  • Craft and iterate qualification criteria based on team continuous learning to deliver high-conversion, qualified leads to account executives
  • Use, maintain and groom our corporate account data in Salesforce, Hubspot and other tools to facilitate team communication, sales pipeline management, account management and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing to keep a consistent 2nd Address voice in your communication with customers
  • Collaborate with business analysts and account executives to grow as a learning, high-performing sales team

Responsibilities in Account Management

  • In addition to the above responsibilities in Sales Development and while wearing your hat as Corporate Account Manager in this dual role, you will:
  • Manage and strengthen our relationship with existing corporate accounts by delivering an outstanding business and hospitality experience
  • Communicate and work with corporate accounts to meet their needs and grow their business with 2nd Address
  • Collaborate with both Supply and Customer Care teams to coordinate and help fulfill new bookings and deliver an exceptional experience to our corporate guests

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience as SDR and account manager
  • BA/BS degree in business, hospitality or other major relevant to the role
  • Strong work ethics
  • Responsive and highly reliable
  • Proven track record for meeting and exceeding goals
  • Super detailed oriented
  • Customer-service oriented with strong customer-relationship building skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Driven, eager to excel, learn and grow
  • Analytical, data oriented with skills in Excel, SQL or equivalent
  • Well-versed in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Hubspot
  • Team player - "It is about winning as a team!"
  • Experience in the hospitality and real estate industry a plus
  • Experience in small, fast-growing startups a plus
  • Experience in project management a plus
